Pre Order

1. The pre order for rugs normally takes 4-5 weeks to arrive sometimes faster. For green wares products normally takes 5-8 weeks to arrive. Once the items arrived back in stock we will organise the shipment to your address.
2. We ship Australia wide with tracking and signature.
3. Standard shipping takes 5-7 working days from our WA warehouse.
4. In an event where you are purchasing both ready stock and pre order item :

• Your ready stock item will be processed immediately and shipment will be carried out as normal order.
• Your pre order item will be processed immediately and shipment will be carried out as soon as the item arrived back in stock ( within 4-5 weeks from your order date - for rugs / 5-8 weeks from your order date for green wares )
• We will send you dispatched notification once your item has shipped.
